| A. You simply put in the search criteria you require e.g. a Pilates instructor, who can travel to your location, who is available at 7pm on the 16th of July. The search engine will then produce a list of instructors that fall in that category. You can be this specific or you can be more vague e.g. a Pilates instructor who can travel to your location. |

| A. The Leisure professionals are able to update their details as often as they want. They are also encouraged by us to update their details at least once a month. |

A. The main advantage is that you are then able to create an online cover list unique to your club. This means that anyone at your club can log in and do an initial search through your selected instructors first to see if any of those can cover the class. If none of your coverlist can help then they would search the wider database.
It's a great way of you having some control over which cover instructors you use. It also means that you've always got the right contact number for the instructors as they will keep their details upto date rather than your hardcopy cover list going out of date and adding to the frustration of trying to find cover. | A. The online cover list means you can create a pool of instructors that you want your team to search through first to cover a class. If they can’t find anyone in that group then they will be able to search the main database. |

| A. On the search results for class instructors, click the "Add to cover list" button next to the class instructor you wish to add. |

| A. The results are first sorted to reflect the criteria specified by the person searching. After that the instructors are listed by the number of club coverlists that an instructor appears on i.e. the instructors who are on the most club coverlists will get listed higher up the list - the idea being that the best instructors will be more likely to be on more club coverlists. This ranking may change in the future and be based on feedback rankings from the fitness clubs (a bit like ebay).
